Issue using certain versions of fluid framework

npm i @fluidframework/driver-utils@^0.59.4002 does not work. but npm i @fluidframework/[email protected]. npm and pnpm are unable to resolve versions with -. How do you suggest we handle these? 

In edge 109.0.1518.61, ctrl + shift + f does not open source file search anymore.

After 109.0.1518.61 we are unable to open source file search using ctrl + shift +f. Multiple people in our team facing this. AB#43122418
