Fix bug for the real-time renderer.

The defined number of faces and vertices of MANO seem to be wrong

I think this looks wrong [here](https://github.com/open-mmlab/mmhuman3d/blob/main/mmhuman3d/models/body_models/mano.py#L16-L17). I checked the number of faces and vertices of MANO and found that it should be NUM_VERTS=778 and NUM_FACES=1538.
