Node 8 is moving to End of life [12/31/19](https://nodejs.org/en/about/releases/) Both travis config and now.json are using node 8. Need to move to at least 10 (preferably 12).

Adding [typescript](https://www.typescriptlang.org/) has its advantages.

No tests exists...current test script only runs eslint.

Add MD5 check for DB being used.

If the DB MD5 doesn't match to what it think it its, we need to download a new DB.

Investigate if Docker can be used to build windows version
