iOS Terminated state onCallAccepted callback function

Hello, Background/Foreground call is working fine. But when the app is in a terminated state, when i accept, the method onCallAccepted is not called.

Unable to change to the phone sound

When I choose the phone sound, the airplay loads but doesn't change the sound device. Any idea on what's causing this?
