I think you misunderstood the purpose of this plugin. The loading screen is complete when level loading is complete. So if the complete text is shown that means your level...

Any game data that is loaded in BeginPlay do not belong to level loading progress.

@MattEqualsCoder Could you show me the screenshot of your Default Loading Screen settings?
You should check your **Tip Widget** settings because it looks like a tip text, not the complete text
