I believe this is due to files being opened and never closed in [bin/nwn-erf around line 177](https://github.com/niv/nwn-lib/blob/7041a0f731be1a2268dd806c2007f156cb728779/bin/nwn-erf#L177). I'm looking into this now as I'm having some issues with local dev....
