Steam Deck - Long delay in accessing quick menu when bluetooth controller is connected.

The root cause of this issue is being tracked in libsdl-org/SDL#8071

Steam Deck - Long delay in accessing quick menu when bluetooth controller is connected.

I can no longer reproduce the issue with the Steam client update released [on December 11](https://steamcommunity.com/games/1675200/announcements/detail/3880477525911179689). Even with haptics enabled, RetroArch no longer hangs while I use a bluetooth controller.
