Hmmm, settings are used, but not the form. It uses the default policy/default display/... set in the settings.
If you choose "Last policy used" in the settings, it keep back the last one used. (and use the last one used for drag-and-drop)
Problem is due to the XSL which transforms MMT to MT. Can be seen using mediaconch -fx -mmt file and mediaconch -fx -mt file
