invalid syntax error in Windows

Hi, I'm getting a syntax error. Is this because of the python version ? I'm using python 3.9.6 ffmpeg is installed. Windows 10

Hello, APPLY_DAILY_ENERGY=True APPLY_DAILY_TURBO=True I 've changed .env file like this but it seems that bot doesn't use these bonuses.
