I'm very unfamiliar with this. What's the maintaince burden of getting packaged? Is there something that I would need to do in every app update?
Can you give me a screenshot of the Google Play screen? My hypothesis is that you're launching the instant app instead of downloading the app offline.
I'm investigating this.
Update: This is caused by some infrastructure issues internally. We're mitigating the issue but it may take at least a day for things to clear at the current rate.
I use CLI exclusively so I would be really interested if `--no-optional-locks` was applied only to automation 👀
