I meet the same problem, and saw the solution above, but I didn't have the folder"/Users/kimde/opt/anaconda3/envs/virsorter/lib/site_perl/5.26.2/darwin-thread-multi-2level".  I just found the Seq.pm  So I cannot cope the folder "Bio"...
