Getting same error here on the identical Windows version.

In my case issue turned out to be VS Code version 1.83. Reverting back to 1.82 solved the issue.

Hmm, weird. Those errors(warnings?) didn't disappear on my side either, but it seems it was not the cause. It was mostly about breakpoints somehow not being triggered from VS Code...
