Fix resubscription for graphql-ws

Unsubscribe before resubscribing with the same subsciption id. Otherwise graphql-ws server responds with "Subscriber for ${id} already exists".

I'm debugging an [issue with evcc](https://github.com/evcc-io/evcc/issues/20502) and noticed that when v0.14.0 of this client reconnects it appears to close the connection by calling [conn.Close()](https://github.com/hasura/go-graphql-client/blob/master/subscription.go#L369) without first sending a close frame....
