It would be great to detect html in the download before unzipping. That would be universal for other broken packages. Perhaps filter content type from the curl output?
This looks similar to #693. Testing in [trunk-recorder-git](https://aur.archlinux.org/packages/trunk-recorder-git) appears to get past this with r2045.fc16d6e-1 although I haven't tested it past build.

I can confirm #698 helps with this issue building v4.3.2 on arch. Then it needed #682 too for GR 3.10. A bit difficult to patch after some renames(/lib) and others....
Likely has something to do with https://github.com/boatbod/op25/issues/114 Sadly on ArchLinux they went 3.9 as an update AUR package not building with the same error as @haicenhacks
