Section about testing?

I'm trying to learn Reason atm and writing my first tests with [`bs-jest`](https://github.com/glennsl/bs-jest). Maybe we could add a section about testing for bs

The code coverage should be displayed within the README

The tests and coverage are very thin atm. This should be improved.

The CHANGELOG of a code theme should be properly converted for a JetBrains theme.

It should be possible to upload a converted theme for Sublime.
