Haskell import checker fails on solutions with standalone kind signatures

**Describe the bug** When the Haskell test runner tries to execute either `solutionShouldHide` or `solutionShouldHideAll` on a solution that uses [Standalone Kind Signatures](https://ghc.gitlab.haskell.org/ghc/doc/users_guide/exts/poly_kinds.html#standalone-kind-signatures-and-polymorphic-recursion), the test fails with a parser error....
