If you create a global theme, which Yin-Yang uses, than you can set the icon theme in there.

You can already. Start Yin-Yang and click on settings in the top right. There you can pick a theme installed. All themes that are in ~/.local/share/plasma/desktoptheme/ are displayed for me.

I did change the commands for Apache (and MariaDB for that matter), but Webmin does not recognize the Apache status.
