Can we clarify what python versions are currently supported?

Spec files are targeted to python 3 (It would be better to say what is the minimal 3.x version. E.g. monotonic dependency could be removed (`monotonic.monotonic() -> time.monotonic()` for py3.3+)...

In some cases, DHCP can be slower than first boot announce. In such case boot is given up. Small waiting time helps in such situation.

It could conflict with some other roles/actions.
