Yes its definatly Community Document Server causing the Problem. Unfortunatly there have been no updates to it since January.
Same issue here. This also causes Versioning to not work and sync client only syncs new file or deletions not updates anymore.
Also confirmed and the Nextcloud files are not updated which leads them to not being synced either.
