Invalid annotation error when trying to read .nwb file

I also can't read any .nwb files with neo due to this error. @CodyCBakerPhD , might you have an idea on this one?

I tested it out on Julia 1.6.7, the LTS version, and it worked perfectly. So I'm guessing this is an issuing with >= Julia 1.7. Should we close the issue...

Update (new version) of MEF3 format (MED).

We'd be very glad to have both MED and MEF3 in BIDS!
