It's no longer possible to add additional emails to Email Communication Services Domain

It seems to no longer be possible to create additional emails in Email Communication Services Domain. At least not when using an Azure Managed Domain (like `@f062827d-1825-49e5-8643-3ace66d611f0.azurecomm.net`). See attached screenshot....
