You're right, that file doesn't exist in that directory. Try to replace path = '20190724_114946_BRKRAW_1_1.zip' with 'path = '../SampleData/20190724_114946_BRKRAW_1_1.zip' then it should work. Its correct in https://github.com/BrkRaw/tutorials but the binder...
