I fixed this by doing the following: enter docker console running `ps` and seeing two (appearing the same) `sh ./cert_cleanup` processes  killed both with `kill PID` and then creating...
Created a pull request that solves the issue by upgrading underlying requirements.
I experience the same error and I have never entered my credentials before in the app, its the first time using it for me, so i suspect the MFA issue...
My issue was solved by upgrading home-assistant itself. 👍
