[Feature Request] USER-DPD fix_rx segfaults when input file is invalid

AFAIK, this is still an open issue, but we can't work on it until after April 15th.

[Feature Request] USER-DPD rx should not hardcode indices into atom->dname and atom->dvector arrays

I will look into this. Thanks for finding and pointing out the problem.
