After looking at the code I see there are eight providers. Five providers failed would suggest three are working. This probably isn't a bug at this point in time but...
That's exactly what I did. Create a new directory on D: Move the entire .bolero directory to the new directory on D: Then used: mklink /D oldpath newpath
Are you running the cashu extension? This looks like https://github.com/lnbits/cashu/issues/69.
I'm not sure what test was performed but this issue is not fixed. 
This is sending to the official demo instance (demo.lnbits.com) which @bitkarrot claims works.
My tests address was not removed and still does not work. 
I can confirm, this fixed my issue on my own server. This could be an issue for others also running both extensions together. Should something be put in place to...
