Works here, but on Windows it fails the use the libzip library for automatic unzip testing (the "-u" parameter). But without that parameter, it seems to work.
Same here, freezes for about 20 seconds after the amount of requests equals the amount workers. "--threads" seems to do nothing. I'm using default and latest CTFd, which is running...

And to make the exploit work, change the IP address & port and run this to bypass proxy requirement: sed -i "s/, $proxy_addr, $proxy_port//g" exploit.rb
