SCF是否也依赖于Senparc.CO2NET
现在update-database成功了，但是启动senparc.web的时候出现  查看web的引用项，发现Senparc.CO2NET引用出现黄色感叹号：  但是打开包管理器，发现Senparc.CO2NET安装正常： 
没有升级，我是下载代码直接update--database，成功后，运行，就出现这个问题，我系统装的是SDK 2.2.101  单独安装Runtime 2.2.0，也是一样的错误提示
Terrible, nobody responded to it. I need to give it up and pick up python ML.
