development mode is not working

in the development mode when opening the Workspace it shows a loading icon endlessly like this:  and gives these errors in the console:  Huly®: UBERF-6721

emojis takes too long

when opening emojis it takes over five seconds to load ( at least change the icon to a loading icon to notify the user that he clicked )

when I change the language multiple times it's messy as you can see there are three languages instead of only Russian 

I created a new workspace and I saw some features and pages were added to my workspace and I can't find them in my old workspace (created a week ago)...
