+1 anyone have a perfect run with this, please share screenshot or any missed steps.

The Android Gradle plugin supports only Kotlin Gradle plugin version 1.2.51 and higher. Project 'contacts_plugin' is using version 1.2.30.

@xj728 did you solve this error. Seems like this issue keeps coming. @martijn00 Could you please check this.
