As isn't actually needed for a read-only implementation so we can make this "pure" Python without any extras needed - leaves option for .exe binary etc too.

A user-submitted suggestion, possible related to #12 and #94 and how to get them working appropriately. Once the Python 3 migration is complete I'll work on how this could work.
Derived from #84, probably working in the same way as implemented in #95.
What's in #35, but inline - aka expand down a results row and see a screenshot, whois options etc.
Could do as part of #93, and would be a better way to do #12. Also suggested in https://github.com/thisismyrobot/dnstwister/issues/84#issuecomment-456051028. The idea would to not multiply the TLDs by the results,...
