When posting I really had no clue, but after a quick look it might very well be [BackTools](https://www.curseforge.com/minecraft/mc-mods/backtools) - there shouldn't be any other mod hooking into player model stuff....
it's for any "Enable X" option. any mod loader. none of them work.
just encountered the same issue 🐢
