Server Crashing with "Cannot set headers after they are sent to the client"

This only happens with known file extensions, in my case txt, json, etc. Not sure what headers are being sent early, but without looking at the source, I'm sure it's...

datepicker: If the md-min-date value changes, the validation does not update

@jbdemonte, see https://github.com/angular/material/issues/5938#issuecomment-206503563 for a workaround. Alternatively you can avoid the $watch by implementing the same workaround using getters and setters.
