Async not used

I couldn't find a way to use sqlalchemy with async-await for my previous project so I decided to use the [Databases package](https://github.com/encode/orm)

zombies when running shell script

try running it like: mantra "0 0 * * * *" ls &

sys.path with `-m pytest_watch` is not the same as with `-m pytest`

Do you have a workaround to get `/app` in the `sys.path`? I'm using a shell script with something like: `pytest-watch --runner "python -m pytest --durations=10 --durations-min=0.2 -s --cov=app --cov-report=term-missing tests...
