The man-in-the-middle API (yt2html5.com) is being blocked by YouTube due to the large number of requests. I've just released a new update v5.0.0 (**!BREAKING CHANGES!**) which allows for custom servers....

It appears the issue is caused by YouTubes rate limiting. I'm working on a server side request cache and better error handling within the library. I'm afraid it's a waiting...
