Thanks @benhuson, I think most of the major caching solutions (WP Super Cache, W3TC, etc) all obey that constant. And I suspect WP Engine's caching mechanism also does too. James

Looking at https://platform.openai.com/docs/api-reference/edits, this appears to have been fixed.  See also: https://community.openai.com/t/is-edit-endpoint-documentation-incorrect/23361/7
