Use latest cuda version, today I solved this problem using the latest cuda 12.5 version.
Use the keyword 'polynomial' instead of 'poly'.
U need cusparse64_10.dll and cusparse64_100.dll. U download cusparse64_10.dll and cusparse64_100.dll and put them in in C:\Windows\System32 or python_install_path\Lib\site-packages\thundergbm. it can work.
What version of tensorflow are you using? I'm using tensorflow version 2.16.2 with keras-tcn on windows 11, which is the latest version that works.
I don;t have this problem al with tensorflow 2.17 on Apple M1 Ul;tra and M2 Pro. Only on windows.
