After setting up this pastebin, I logged in as admin and immediately broke the site. Turns out that there needs to be an "abuse" directory next to the "posts" directory....
The version of GeSHi included with this release appears to be broken. I simply went to https://sourceforge.net/projects/geshi/files/ and downloaded the latest version, replaced the "installed" geshi/ folder with the contents...
