Missing Dependencies for Linux runfile installer; unhelpful error

I have a very similar issue, but it's an Ubuntu 24.04.1 LTS GNU/Linux 6.8.0-48-generic x86_64 VM running in Proxmox. Would love to have some better debugging tools.
