same here, had this issue with every game ready driver after 560.70 including the latest game ready driver 576.40, not even nvidia can read or set the speed as stated...

ever found a fix for this? i've had this issue on every driver after july 2024. i reported it to nvidia but they haven't fixed anything, is there anything more...
