@mbollmann I think `babel` package is causing the issue. If I move `times` `fontenc` and `microtype` below the `babel`, the fonts for latin look as intended, but Arabic and Hindi...

Thanks for reporting. Anuvaad corpus has isconsistent format and IDs. I notified them: https://github.com/project-anuvaad/anuvaad-parallel-corpus/issues/1 but I got no reply. I ended up adding them with __best effort to fix inconsistencies__....
