Non-compliant version "git" results in build error

Thank you very much for quick response! I have verified that the issue is fixed: I can install `main` branch of both repos now (using setuptools v67.7.2): git+https://github.com/dstndstn/astrometry.net.git@main git+https://github.com/dstndstn/tractor.git@main
