Get list of existing shortcuts

The ability to get a list of shortcuts that have already been set would be useful, for example when following [Apple's guidelines here](https://developer.apple.com/design/human-interface-guidelines/technologies/siri/shortcuts-and-suggestions) (see attached pic).
