It should be in the internal storage, in the file omw/config/settings.cfg
Depends, but it'll be more similar to vanilla over openmw. On Android, this really didn't affect gameplay, only performance.
@fgsfdsfgs According to [this post](https://4pda.ru/forum/index.php?showtopic=889357&st=6680#entry86084083) it partially does.
Why have it as a different binary though? Some openmw libraries from components might be needed for the launcher as well.
I haven't tested this myself, so you may (or may not?) get a working result from this. I don't even know if pressing the start game button works or not.

Sounds good to me then, I'll revert the last commit in this PR if you push those changes.
Maybe try and run the profile applet programmatically? Libnx does this somewhere in their web.c code, but I am not sure where.
