Hi. I just installed Passenger to a Debian 8 SmartOS VM and during the install I noted what seems to be a 'partial lack of feature' or an 'incomplete feature'....

Feature request: add trackers from file instead of url

As the title says. It should be possible to use a local text file instead of a remote url as the tracker list.
