一加9pro无法开启LocationReport

系统是ColorOS，Android11，不存在services.cn.google.xml文件。LocationReport开启时的报错内容跟一般网上说的不太一样，提示“读取此设置的状态时出现问题，请稍后重试。”。安装本模块也没有解决问题。  看adb logcat日志有一个报错： java.lang.ClassNotFoundException: com.google.android.apps.gmm.shared.account.GmmAccount 不知道跟这个有没有关系，不过我看gms的状态是正常的。
