After looking at the underlying code some more: knex's `.stream()` method uses `pg-query-parser` under the hood, which is a wrapper around `pg-cursor`. So this feature is fully implemented inside knex....
I just implemented it on the front page of http://data.london.gov.uk/, so I really hope so.
Would have been really helpful in December but it will be months before we loop back around to trying this again. Depends on demand from customers TBH. On 9 March...
