To fix this error, one should add : GSL package to the conda recipe. see : https://anaconda.org/conda-forge/gsl
Same issue on ubuntu Ubuntu 24.04 LTS. I currently use the same workaround.
If you think it's best to keep this as a single wrapper, I'll merge all the tests in a single snakemake command.

As far as I know, it has not been corrected. A new PoN has been given to the community however.
Same issue here. Commenting the assertion lets me use Snakemake without any issue.
