Might be worth looking at using some part of the stream library to do this as the `map()` method might work quite well, there is also #3075 open to investigate...

There is an alternative to this where instead we could use Maven to download the Gaffer JARs and copy them into the image (how the current gaffer-gremlin image does it)....
