Update README for a build error and minor points

I encountered the mentioned error. Add a tip to fix. Also, I think Make without root privilege is safer.

[v0.3.1-0.3.5]builds fail with "can't find crate for `core`"

I tried to build from 0.3.1 to 0.3.5 but always end up with the error like following. The situation is same for `gradlew build`. Please help if any idea. thx...
