[The documentation refers to an older version of the AWS Java SDK](https://redisson.org/articles/how-to-connect-to-redis-using-elasticache-iam-credential-provider.html), we would like to use the V2 one (`software.amazon.awssdk...`)

`aws_dms_replication_task` reports persistent changes in provider `6.9.0`

We are also seeing this in provider version `6.8.0` (Terraform version is `1.8.5`)
